Had a great time – really good to get a chance to practice hands on in a controlled environment. reminded me why i want to do it as a job because i love the practical side. tutor was very helpful when it came to anything i didnt understand and also talking to us about real life situations.
I thoroughly enjoyed the course, the trainer was excellent and I am pleased with sitting the exams at the beginning of the week.
Time and money well spent, learning fast and moving along in the course at a reasonable pace, looking forwards to continue on forward.
Staff have been wonderful. I was very nervous at the beginning of the week, but they have been nothing but welcoming and put me at ease. Tutor is very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable on every aspect within the training, nothing is a stupid question and he has helped me alot; not just the course itself but the confidence I have gained throughout.
THE PRACTICAL SECTION WAS EXCELLENT, THE TUTOR AND OTHER STAFF MEMBER ARE WONDERFUL IN APPROACH AND PROBLEM SOLVING.
Exceptional tutors, very intelligent and decent people. It was a pleasure to have met them and have them mentor me to have 100% exam pass rate. Wishing them the best for the future and wont be the same without them.

Definitely one of the best trainers/tutor ive worked with.He gets understanding from students and guarantees results making everyone feel comfortable and confident with the knowledge we have gained prior to seeing him and also after we have MET HIM.He has helped a lot and the way he teaches is enjoying
